We offer comprehensive real property title insurance and settlement services throughout Florida and Georgia. We work with individual consumers, realtors, lawyers, investors, mortgage brokers, lenders and any other party involved in the real estate transaction to effectuate a smooth closing. Paradise Closings is an attorney-based title company, not simply title agents.

The attorneys and staff at Paradise Closings are involved in every aspect of the real estate transaction from negotiation and drafting the purchase and sale contract, to review of Title Searches, and Lien Searches, preparing the Settlement Statement, preparing the Deed, preparing all real estate documents through closing. We are a member of the Attorney Title Fund. We are able to issue Owner’s Title Insurance Policies and Lender’s Insurance Policies.

Sometimes clouds on title result from matters that could not be found in the public records or are not fully considered in the title search process. To help protect you in these events, it is recommended that you obtain an Owner’s Policy of Title Insurance to insure you against the most unforeseen problems.

Owner’s policy – Based on the property’s total purchase price, protects only the home buyer’s interests in the property should a problem with the title arise. An owner’s policy will provide protection against ownership challenges, errors or omissions in deeds, mistakes in examining records, missed liens, forgery and undisclosed heirs, among other things. It is purchased for a one-time fee at closing and lasts for as long as you or your heirs have an interest in the property.

Lender’s policy – Based on the dollar amount of the loan, protects only the lender’s interests in the property should a problem with the title arise.
